If JDE and ISPnext are no longer in sync, you can start a full export of the order data yourself. That is done in JDE, with two batch jobs in succession.
| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Batch applications |
RQ09SI0051 (reset) and RQ09SI0050 (export) |
| Result | A BG_FULL file for AP Automation instead of a BG file |
| Who runs this | The JDE administrator or key user within your own organisation |
Step 1 - reset the order data
Start batch application RQ09SI0051 (Reset Export Data (Add-Chg-Del)) with version YQ09SAA002 (Reset Order Data).
The batch versions screen for RQ09SI0051, shown in the Dutch interface. Version YQ09SAA002 Reset Order Data is the one to use here.
YQ09SAA001 (Reset Master Data) and YQ09SAA003 (Reset Master and Order Data). Those reset the master data and fall outside this procedure.Step 2 - export the order data
Then start batch application RQ09SI0050 (Driver - Export Data (Add-Chg-Del)) with version YQ09SAA02S (Order Data Export - Scheduler).
The batch versions screen for RQ09SI0050, shown in the Dutch interface. Version YQ09SAA02S Order Data Export - Scheduler is selected; that is the version that produces a BG_FULL file.
YQ09SAA02S. The same list also contains YQ09SAA002 (Order Data Export) and YQ09SAA004 (Order Data Export - Partial). This procedure uses the Scheduler version. What this produces
This version creates a BG_FULL file for AP Automation, containing the complete set of order data instead of only the changes.
Checking whether the file has been imported
Afterwards, check in the API logging whether the file has arrived and has been fully processed. See JDE export - checking whether the file has been imported.
If you cannot find a BG_FULL there, raise a ticket in the Helpcenter. A separate BG_FULL profile may still have to be set up in DTS.
