Dashboard graphs - Contract Management

This article describes the standard graphs for Contract Management that can be added to a dashboard report from the menu on the left. The name starts with CM.

The data in a graph is based on the period selected in the period picker at the top, unless the name of the graph indicates otherwise. If a graph shows no data, the required data is not present in the environment.

Not every graph can be modified. Where it can, the settings include:

  • the number of suppliers, cost centres and similar items shown;
  • the colours used in the graph;
  • the graph type (pie, bar or line);
  • the tile size.

Graph Type Description
CM: # Contract Managers per type bar.png Bar chart This bar chart shows the number of linked contract managers in Contracts per contract manager type.
CM: # Contracts per location bar.png Bar chart This bar chart shows the number of linked contracts per location. If a location is not shown, no contracts are linked to it.
CM: # Contracts per status bar.png Bar chart This bar chart shows the number of contracts per contract status. If a status is not shown, no contracts have that status.
CM: # Contracts per status pie.png Pie chart This pie chart shows the number of contracts per contract status. If a status is not shown, no contracts have that status.
CM: # Contracts per type pie.png Pie chart This pie chart shows the number of contracts per contract type. If a contract type is not shown, no contracts are linked to it.
CM: # Contracts per type bar.png Bar chart This bar chart shows the number of contracts per contract type. If a contract type is not shown, no contracts are linked to it.
CM: Number of expiring contracts/in procedure bar.png Bar chart This bar chart shows, for last year, the current year, and the coming year, the number of contracts expiring within three months, and the number of contracts in a procedure.
CM: Number of contracts per manager pie.png Pie chart This pie chart shows the number of linked contracts per contract manager.
CM: Number of procedures per contract manager bar.png Bar chart This pie chart shows the number of procedures per contract manager (linked to the contracts they manage).
