Action buttons when opening corrupted files
The action buttons in the file view form are now always displayed, even when a file cannot be opened due to corrupted data. This allows corrupted files to still be downloaded for analysis or deleted to clean up invalid data.

Procurement Value Management - Improvements for export, workflows and reporting
Several improvements have been made in Procurement Value Management to make working with events, workflows and reports more efficient.
The export functionality has been made available on multiple tables, including event overviews and results in objectives. This allows the user to export exactly the data that is visible, including tags and active filters.
Additionally, a new setting has been added per workflow step to determine whether predefined users are automatically linked when a workflow starts.
This provides more control without losing the convenience of existing workflow templates.
The behaviour of the result report has also been refined: the table now adjusts the number of rows based on visible dimensions such as owner and company, reducing duplication and making totals more readable.
Finally, various improvements have been made in filtering, notifications and read-only workflow steps;
for example, filtering on active workflows is faster thanks to a dropdown, owners receive an email upon full approval or rejection, and data modifications are prevented during a read-only step.
Together, these adjustments provide clearer reports, more flexible workflow management and a more user-friendly experience when analysing and handling procurement processes.

Budget Management - Improved import options for financial dimensions and budgets
The import process for financial dimensions and budgets has been expanded and now supports both adding and updating data.
For financial dimensions, a new import process [Admin>Data import 2] is available, allowing cost types, cost centres, cost carriers, projects and free dimensions to be imported in bulk via a new import button in Admin.
The system applies this import intelligently: existing records are updated based on the reference and new records are added when the reference does not yet exist.
For budgets, the import process has been adjusted so that existing budgets can be updated based on the budget reference. Only fields present in the import file are overwritten; other values remain unchanged. Dimension updates fully replace existing links, after which a recalculation is automatically performed. A help text in the form clarifies the update behaviour.
These adjustments reduce manual maintenance, simplify bulk management and ensure consistent financial structures within ISPnext and connected systems.
Budget Management - Detail tables now show calculated values
The detail tables in Budget Management now fully correspond to the values used in the budget consumption block. All lines for commitments, invoices and circulation are aligned with the calculation logic, including situations where order lines and invoice lines are partially matched, thus reducing hard commitments. The calculated results are delivered directly from underlying systems to the interface, ensuring the tables always display exactly the same values as those used in the budget space calculation.
This adjustment prevents confusion and ensures a fully consistent view of budget space, commitments and consumption.
Budget Management - Budget calculation takes VAT setting into account
The budget check in the shopping cart now respects the configuration for VAT from the Budget API.
All budget amounts, such as maxAmount, budget space and commitments, are now calculated based on the configured VAT logic. When incl. VAT is set, amounts are treated as including VAT; when excl. VAT is set, they are processed as excluding VAT.
This adjustment ensures accurate validation that aligns with the budget definition within the organisation and prevents requests from being incorrectly assessed as sufficient.

New
Make action buttons visible when opening corrupted files
The action buttons in the file view are now always displayed, even when a file is corrupted and cannot be opened due to corrupted data. This allows corrupted files to still be downloaded for analysis or deleted to clean up invalid data.
This adjustment prevents files from getting stuck in the system. It also ensures that Support does not need to be contacted if a corrupted file is found.
Show error messages when input of financial dimensions fails
The tables for financial dimensions in Admin now display clear error messages when saving a dimension fails. For duplicate references, empty fields or values exceeding the allowed length, a message immediately appears explaining why the input cannot be added.
This adjustment prevents silent errors and ensures predictable validation for all types of financial dimensions.

Issue resolved where 'Contract Settings' responded slowly because select values for custom fields were fetched multiple times. When multiple custom fields had the same standard select type, the same database query was executed repeatedly. The processing has been optimised, resulting in significantly faster loading times of contract settings. |

Issue resolved where uploading a logo did not fully update. As a result, the new logo was lost once customer settings were saved elsewhere again. This has been updated so that logo information is refreshed immediately after upload and remains consistently available throughout the application. |

Issue resolved where the export function within Project compliance did not work because the system constructed the file path incorrectly. The file existed, but the export stopped because the path was incorrectly built. This has been corrected and the export now runs correctly again. |

Correct Dutch number notation and VAT calculation in contract finances
ℹ️
The financial tab in contracts now applies the correct Dutch number notation and calculates amounts with VAT correctly. For Dutch users, the thousand separator and decimal point are now interpreted correctly, so contract amounts excluding and including VAT are displayed correctly.
The automatic calculation has also been restored: entering an amount plus VAT percentage now accurately fills in the other amount.
This adjustment improves accuracy and ensures consistent and clear input of financial data within Contract Management.
Renew and terminate available for Contract Managers with limited edit rights
The actions Renew and Terminate are now available for users with the Contract Manager role when the setting Contract manager may only edit own contracts is enabled. The buttons become visible and functional as soon as the user has the correct role, without needing to combine additional rights and roles.
This adjustment makes it possible to perform full contract lifecycle management within the limited edit rights, while keeping access rules intact.
Duplicate assignment of contract managers to a contract is no longer possible
The system now prevents the same user from being linked more than once as contract manager to a contract. In the 'Contract authorisation' tab, duplicate entries can no longer be added and the import process also checks for duplicate relations and automatically skips them. The Replace User function also takes this validation into account, so no duplicate links arise.
This adjustment ensures consistent authorisation data and prevents incorrect or duplicate responsibilities within Contract Management.

Issue resolved where in the contract changes overview certain fields were not interpreted correctly because checks in the contract audit overview differed from those in the DORA audit overview. These have now been aligned. As a result, old and new values are again correctly translated to the correct entity names, and contract changes load without errors. |

Issue resolved where E-signing records from the overviews My E-Signing actions and Open E-Signing could not be opened. Clicking on a row updated the URL but did not load the page. The navigation has been corrected so that E-signings open directly when clicking on a row in the overview. |

New
Maintenance mode added for controlled environment interruptions
A configurable maintenance mode has been added that allows administrators to temporarily freeze their ISPnext environment. The mode can be scheduled once or daily and blocks selected functionalities, restricts operations and can optionally prevent user logins during the set period.
Ongoing approval workflows continue uninterrupted.
This adjustment supports controlled and predictable interruptions, for example for maintenance.
Excel export of vendor settings expanded with all available fields
The Excel export of vendor settings now includes all available fields, except passwords for security reasons. This makes all relevant information available in one export for analysis, support and configuration checks.
This adjustment provides full insight into Vendor Settings and makes it easier to review or compare data between environments.
Supported file types visible and enforced on upload
Upload components now show which file types are allowed and accept only predefined safe formats. This immediately blocks unsupported or potentially unsafe files and maintains the quality and security of document management within ISPnext.
This adjustment improves the user experience and increases the integrity of uploads in all modules.

Issue resolved where the menu item for static screen configuration incorrectly used the wrong permission. Access now works correctly with the permission can_use_static_field_setup, allowing users with the correct role to open the configuration screen without error messages. |
AP Automation
New
Support for alternative quantities in detail mapping
Additional columns added to the AP Automation overview
The AP Automation overview now contains additional fields that provide more insight into invoice details.
The new columns in the invoice overview and Excel export are: local VAT code, net amount, total amount in home currency, VAT amount in home currency and net amount in home currency. On the invoice header, the fields for VAT amount and net amount in home currency have been added, and the total amount field in home currency has been made configurable.
This adjustment supports users who need more detailed financial information within the P2P process.
Classification export without limit, executed via task scheduling
The Excel export of the classification overview now supports an unlimited number of records, similar to the export of the invoice overview. The previous fixed limit has been removed and the export is now performed as a scheduled task. Files of any size can be safely downloaded via User Requested Files.
This adjustment makes it possible to export complete classification data without restrictions.
Procurement
New
Search option added to Custom fields in purchase order lines
Within the Custom fields section on purchase order lines, a search function has been added. This allows quick filtering on specific values, which is especially useful when many custom fields are configured.
The search option is available for custom fields version 2.
This adjustment improves navigation and makes it easier to find relevant data when creating or editing purchase order lines.
Related attachments directly available in the form for related documents
A new Attachments button has been added to the Related documents form. This allows attachments of a related document to be opened directly without first having to open the document itself. Users can browse more quickly between documents and view the relevant files immediately.
This adjustment provides a smoother and more efficient way of document navigation for all users working with related documents.
Base country per company automatically set in Procurement
When changing the company or supplier, the correct base country and VAT settings are now automatically applied based on the configuration. This prevents incorrect VAT handling when users switch between companies or suppliers and eliminates manual corrections.
This adjustment ensures consistent and reliable tax logic in all relevant documents and transactions within Procurement.

Issue resolved where item categories were not visible after switching company during the addition of free request lines. The categories are now consistently reloaded after adding a free line, making the process run smoothly again in a multi-company environment. |
|
Issue resolved where long item descriptions could disrupt the layout of the shopping cart. The line actions have also been visually clarified: the delete button now has a clearer destructive style and the split button has been redesigned as a clear, outlined button. This keeps the shopping cart clear and usable, even with longer texts. |
| Issue resolved where OCI requests did not return VAT and tax group data, causing financial information to be processed incompletely or inconsistently in subsequent steps. The OCI connection now provides complete tax information when retrieving items, ensuring invoices, purchase requests and budget checks are processed accurately and reliably. |
