Digital documentation has been made available for the APIs. The documentation is used as a reference to connect to the ISPnext API.
The API documentation is applicable only to customers working with the open API of ISPnext.
The documentation indicates, for example, how authentication takes place, which APIs are available, and what the messages look like.
The documentation is divided into:
- Authentication
- Import action
- Webhook
- Dimensions
- Masterdata
- Order data
- Invoice
To view the API documentation, the designated person in the organisation or from the partner must take the following steps:
- Log in to the customer environment of ISPnext
- Append the following to the environment's URL: /api/v1/docs. The URL will then be as follows: {base url}/api/v1/docs
Webhook
ISPnext also offers the possibility for a webhook. This applies to any status change of an invoice, where a message is sent to the middleware used for this connection. The webhook can also only be used in combination with the ISPnext API.
