Bundels are used for items that are often ordered in combination with other items. Instead of having to put together the items per purchase, the items can be bundled once and then easily chosen when ordering.
Under Setup → Vendors → Bundles it is possible to add and manage the bundles.
- It is possible to add a new bundle by using the 'Add' button. In addition, it is possible to manage the parts lists by clicking on the bundle.
- It is possible to select a company under 'Company' and then add various items under 'Items'.
- The bundle can then be selected in Procurement when searching for a product.
- The bundle is then visible in the shopping cart by adding it.
