Accrual reports
In the Accrual report all invoices are shown that are registered in the ERP system but have not yet been booked.
What is shown in the on the Accrual report?
The report contains the following columns:

Company, ERP number, Vendor number, Vendor name, Invoice number, Debit/Credit type, Invoice date, Posting date, Currency, Invoice amount, Invoice amount in local currency, VAT code, VAT amount,
and - Line number, Description, Company, Debit/Credit type, Line amount, General ledger, Cost center, Cost unit, Project, Current status, Activity owner, logistical lines (if set up at the posting period), a link to the relevant invoice, scan date, registered, booked, released, procurement number and order type.
The columns from [1] show the header information, the columns from [2] show the lines information. As a result, the Company and Debit/Credit type columns appear twice in the spreadsheet and may have a different value.
For example, the invoice amount excluding VAT is € 100. The invoice is coded on two lines. General costs € 40 and Office costs € 60 In the report column 1 contains the invoice amount of € 100 and column 2 contains the lines of € 40 and € 60.
The column titles are set to English by default.
The list of accruel reports can be exported as an Excel file.
