AP Automation
In the Audit of an invoice under invoice actions wit the icon it is possible to choose for 'Add vendor setting'. With this invoice action it is possible to save a vendor settings for a vendor/company with data from the invoice header, or to adjust the data on the header of the invoice when this vendor setting already exists.
Add vendor setting
When a new vendor setting is being saved the following fields are automatically filled from the header of the invoice:

Company (always has to be filled in on the header of the invoice first)

Vendor (always has to be filled in on the header of the invoice first)

Default currency (if not chosen, firstly a check will be made to see if the currency is recognizable, if not will be left empty)

Active ‘checked’
-
Invoice routing (if not chosen will be left empty)
-
Default reviewer(s) (if not chosen will be left empty)
Update vendor setting
By updating the vendor settings you will overwrite the existing vendors setting. If the vendor setting already exists but was inactive this setting will be activated by saving/ adjusting the settings.

Default reviewer(s) (if not chosen on the header of the invoice, will be left empty)

Unable to update vendor setting
When a user wants to add a vendor setting where the vendor and company already have an inactive setting it is not possible and will be shown in the invoice actions.
