The Spend Community is a place where users are limited to spend insights from one or more cost center groups. The user selects the cost center group at the top left, then data about this cost center group is shown in the available overviews.
KPIs are also shown on the home page as seen below. These are KPIs that are set in Spend > KPIs with a cost center group filter that corresponds to the chosen cost center group in the Spend Community.
Give a user access to the Spend Community
- Link the role 'Cost Center Group User' to the user. This role cannot be used together with other Spend roles. Unlink these roles.
- Link the desired cost center groups to the user.
