Possibility for custom fields in bank account details
It is now possible to create custom fields for bank account information. This new feature allows users to enter additional details not typically included in bank account data. It offers flexibility to add information tailored to specific needs and preferences.
Validation check on the number of characters in the SWIFT field
When entering bank account details, it will now be checked whether the SWIFT code contains the correct number of characters (8 or 11 characters). Note: this is not a check on the validity of the entered value.
*New 'Establishment Number' Field in Vendor Details
The 'Establishment Number' field has been added to Vendor Details. It is hidden by default (including in the Supplier Data Portal) and can be used for the KVK search function, providing more accurate matches when multiple locations are available at KVK.
Changes in contact person details now also show the old value during the processing of an information request
When processing information requests, changes in contact person details are now displayed more clearly, with the old value visible. This is consistent with other data that shows the new and old value during the processing of requests.

The entire information request workflow halts if a step is rejected.

Improvements have been made to the settings page of the Supplier Data Portal for better usability. There is now a button to go directly to the Data Portal, and the field with the link has been widened and more clearly named.

Bundling contract notifications
It is now possible to bundle certain contract notifications. This ensures that users who would actually receive multiple notifications of, for example, type 'Contract end date' on one day, receive one single bundled notification instead.
Reference number and country code displayed in selection list
When adding a Company or authorisation based on Company to a contract, the reference number and country code of the company will now be displayed in the selection list.
Contracts without end date now show this in the 'End date' field
In the 'End Date' field, a clear indication has been added to show if the contract is 'indefinite', if applicable. This change is important as it helps users better understand the contract duration.
*Oneflow - 3rd party E-signing integration
An additional E-signing integration has been added to the application - Oneflow. This makes it possible to send signing requests from within the application and save the signed documents within the contract after completion.

When editing a company name longer than 70 characters in the Admin companies table, changes are not saved.
It was previously impossible to edit a company name longer

The limit is now 100 characters. If exceeded, an error

Improved linkage of receipt rules (SAP)
From now on, receipt lines in SAP orders are correctly linked via an extended key with (LINENEGATIVEGRNUMBER). This prevents import errors and ensures that all logistical lines are visible on the invoice, allowing AP to process them correctly.

Free selection of charge rules in AP Automation
From now on, AP users can freely select or deselect charge rules and still successfully book the invoice. The invoice and associated order can be processed correctly in M3, regardless of which charge rules are selected.

Improved performance of PayData import (Exact Online)
For Exact Online customers, only PayData from the last 7 days will now be imported. This reduces the number of API calls and thus improves performance. Furthermore, the process remains unchanged.
More efficient master data import via Bulk API (Exact Online)
For Exact Online customers, master data imports now use the Bulk API where possible. This retrieves data in batches of 1000 instead of 60 records. This reduces the number of API calls. Additionally, error handling has been improved.

Extended Open API for Orders and Goods Receipts
The Open API for creating Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts now also supports alternative quantities, prices, and item numbers. This provides more flexibility for customers with ERP systems such as M3 on-premise.

Bulk update for purchase requests
From now on, it is possible to update multiple purchase requests in the "Created" status at once. It is possible to select multiple requests and update shared fields and dimensions with one action. The update is limited to requests from one company, where all editable fields can be adjusted via checkboxes.
Improved PO Lookup in "Show Open Orders"
From now on, the PO lookup filter in the Show Open Orders screen also shows results at the order line level. Previously, only the order field itself was searched, but now matches on individual order lines are also included. This makes it easier to find specific orders and speeds up the search process.
Add comments at 'Wait for Invoice' status
From now on, users with the correct rights can add comments to Purchase Orders in the Wait for Invoice status. Previously, this was only possible for fully closed documents.
