Activate Risk Assessment
Before you can use the Risk Assessment function in Vendor Rating, it must first be activated.
Tick 'Risk Assessment active' to activate Risk Assessment. From that moment on, Risk Assessment is visible in the left menu bar in Vendor Rating. Enter an introductory message; it will be displayed on that page.
Risk Assessment classification workflow text
This is the text in the invitation email that workflow users of a Risk Assessment workflow receive.
Risk Assessment classifications
The Risk Assessment classifications are the final assessments assigned to a Risk Assessment. Below is an example of some classifications.
Risk levels
Here you define the risk levels that can be used in a Risk Assessment process. You specify the name, value and colour for each level. Below you can see an example of several risk levels.
Risk - Likelihood
Here you define the likelihood of a risk that can be used in a Risk Assessment process. You specify the name and value for each likelihood level. Below you can see an example.
Risk - Impact
Here you define the impact of a risk that can be used in a Risk Assessment process. You specify the name and value for each impact level. Below you can see an example.
Risk Matrix
In the Risk Matrix you can add risk level/likelihood/impact combinations to display them in a so-called matrix. Below you can see an example of a filled matrix.
