The 'Financial' tab provides space for financial data related to the selected contract. It is possible to view and manage financial data from this tab.
This financial data
Add financial data
- Click on 'Add'.
- Fill in at least all blue marked (mandatory) fields in the pop-up window. The meaning of each field in this form is explained at the end of this article.
- Click on 'Add'.
Edit financial data
- Click in the overview on the financial data you want to edit.
- Make the desired changes in the pop-up window.
- Click on 'Close'.
Delete financial data
- In the overview, click on the financial data you want to delete.
- Click on 'Delete' at the bottom of the pop-up window.
- It will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Confirm your choice by clicking on 'Yes'.
The table below lists and explains all standard fields from the add form.
| Term | Explanation |
| Type | The type of financial data (One-time or recurring). |
| Year | The year to which the financial data applies. |
| Amount ex. | The amount excluding VAT. |
| VAT | The VAT percentage that applies to this amount. |
| Amount | The amount including VAT. This is automatically calculated based on 'Amount ex.' and 'VAT'. |
| Currency | The type of currency (e.g. Euro or US Dollar) |
| Description | A description of the financial data. |
| Approved | Indicates whether the financial data has been approved. This must be done manually. |
