This page allows you to view and manage document categories. Documentation can be assigned to a category in order to easily group it, for example, an SLA (Service Level Agreement). For each document category, you can determine whether the category is active.
Active means that the category can be selected for documents in the Vendors and Contracts module.
Not active means that the document category will be retained for existing documents but can no longer be selected.
These categories can be assigned to regular documents in the 'Documents' tab in the details of a supplier in Vendors.
