*A few changes have been made:
- New "Support functions" option: Added to the licensed activities list under Admin → Company table, now appearing in reports as TA:x276.
- Validation fix for field 01.02.0060: If eba_RP:x53 is selected in 01.02.0050, field 01.02.0060 is now allowed to be empty.
- Report settings correctly applied: In Tab 06.01, only function identifiers linked to the selected companies are displayed. If no companies are selected, all function identifiers are shown.

AP Automation
New
*Fiscal unit
The new fiscal unit functionality enables accurate grouping and reconciliation of intercompany transactions. This simplifies financial processes, improves control and saves time through automated validations at tax unit level.
Under Setup → Financial settings → Fiscal unit, it is possible to manage and add settings provided the user has the appropriate rights.
- In the detail settings, the fiscal unit and all affiliated companies are visible.
- It is possible to add or edit companies.
- Validations at header and line level in AP Automation.
- Validations in Procurement on Purchase orders/requests and goods receipts.
Audit available in Vendor Settings
Vendor settings now have an audit function. This allows the application owner to see when a vendor setting has been modified and by whom.
AP Automation
New
Company validation now self-settable in Smartscan settings
Users with the appropriate rights can now set the identifiers (IBAN, CoC, VAT) for company validation themselves via Setup → AP Automation → Smartscan settings. This gives more control and makes it easier to apply the correct validation themselves.
Fraud prevention in supplier recognition
From now on, it is possible to set the ‘from’ supplier e-mail address in the vendor settings under AP Automation. This allows an invoice to be automatically linked to the correct supplier when received via the specified e-mail address. It also serves as an additional check in supplier validation.
VAT transfer to coding lines in the absence of specification
For customers who do not specify VAT on the coding lines, from now on VAT will be automatically transferred from the header to the lines. This allows the invoice to be automatically coded and the correct VAT amounts are correctly displayed on the lines.
SAP
*Parking and saving PO-related invoices in MIRO
It is now possible to park and save an invoice in MIRO. This allows saving a PO-related invoice at an early stage, in addition to final booking at the end of the process.
Infor LN CE
Improved display of VAT differences for PO-related invoices
On PO-related invoices, the ‘VAT difference’ is now hidden by default. This ‘VAT difference’ pop-over is only shown if the VAT code and/or VAT amount is editable on PO-related lines. Additional coding lines are ignored and do not affect the display of VAT differences.

Procurement
New
Uniform status icons in Procurement
To provide a uniform solution, the status icons in Procurement have been unified.
|
|
To be placed
A purchase order enters the ‘to be placed’ status if it cannot be placed automatically by procurement. In this status, a buyer can manually place the purchase order by, for example, downloading the PDF and emailing it to the supplier, or the application owner can update the supplier with an email address so that automatic placement can be attempted again.
|
|
|
Active
A purchase request is in ‘active’ status when it has been pushed through for approval by a requestor. This includes activities such as ‘advice’.
|
|
|
Completed
A purchase order enters the ‘completed’ status when it is fully completed. In this case, the order has been received and invoiced. The purchase order is then automatically completed.
|
|
|
Rejected
A ‘purchase order’ enters this status if it is rejected in the process.
|
Automatic expanding of goods receipt details
From now on, when opening a goods receipt, the goods information is displayed expanded by default. Using the arrow on the right, it is possible to collapse the goods receipts again.
