In the overview with ‘Information Requests’, it is now possible to see which step of the workflow the request is in.

In the overview in ‘New data supplier’, it is now possible to see in which step of the workflow the new supplier is and to which user it is assigned.

It is now possible to set a minimum number of users to be involved in a specific workflow. Both at the start and during the workflow, a check will be performed to verify that the minimum number of users has been achieved.

The ‘Contact type’ field is from now on a ‘multi-select field’. From now on, all applicable contact types are shown where relevant.

From now on, changes in free fields from an information request are also logged in the edit log.
Fixes
- When comparing a Duns and Bradstreet number with the data from Duns and Bradstreet, an error could occur. This problem has now been fixed.
- When an Information Request is sent, clicked back, or reopened from ‘In Workflow’, the numbers at the tabs are now updated correctly.
- Under ‘Vendors’ -> ‘Contacts’ it could happen that archived vendors were also shown. From now on, only active vendors are shown. Archived suppliers do remain visible under the ‘Archive’ tab.
- It is possible again to delete rebate agreements.
- When de-archiving and archiving a rebate agreement, the incorrect text was displayed in the pop-up. This has been fixed.
- When exporting all fields in ‘Vendors’, IDs of archived vendors were sometimes included. This has now been fixed.
Supplier Portal
Fixes
- Fixed an issue where it was not possible to switch customers.
- It was possible that the ‘Contract Matrix’ tile in the Supplier Portal was not working correctly. This has been resolved.
- In the Supplier portal, the contact information box is now always updated correctly and corresponds to the currently selected supplier. If the supplier does not have a contact information box, it is no longer displayed.
- The issue where the ‘Location’ tab was not displayed for a ticked location in the information request has been resolved.
Sourcing
Fixes
- Fixed an issue where the Sourcing table remained empty after opening an RFx from ‘Archive’ or ‘Templates’. The table now shows the correct items from the active tab.
Contracts
New
- Under ‘Contract overview’ it is now possible to see which step of the workflow the contract is in and which user the contract belongs to.
- From now on, it is possible to request the information for the Spend table ‘Financial data’ from or have it completed by a supplier via the information request.
Fixes
- An error could occur when starting an e-signing process from the Swedish language. This problem has now been resolved.
- The import function ‘Import contract financial data’ works properly again.
- When a contract was selected under ‘Contracts’ -> ‘Draft’ -> ‘Choose contract’ -> ‘Activate’, it could happen that activation was blocked with the message that a contract template was not selected, despite not being mandatory. This problem has now been resolved.
- When cancelling a contract, the titles have been improved so that it is now clearer when a contract is cancelled and when it is archived.
- Under ‘Contracts’ -> ‘Attachments’ -> ‘Document Creation’ -> ‘Open document creation request’, an error message could occur when ‘Create document’ was clicked. This issue has now been fixed.
- Under a contract task, a task based on a repeating task could not display the execution date correctly. This issue has now been resolved.
- The modification date was not always updated correctly when modifying fields via the contract products edit screen. This has been resolved.

Supplier data portal
- When deleting a bank account under the ‘Bank Accounts’ tab, the bank account was not removed from the ‘Supplier Data’ tab. This issue has now been resolved.
Fixes
- When trying to open a location under ‘Admin’ -> ‘Contract Settings’, an error could occur. This issue has now been resolved.
- The login links under ‘Supplier Settings’ sent by e-mail now work properly again.
- The ‘Sequence’ fields under ‘Contract Settings’ -> ‘Tables’ -> ‘Contract Procedures’ were not working correctly, this has been fixed. In addition, it is now possible again to delete created procedures.
- The issue where field settings under ‘Vendor Rating Settings’, ‘Information Request Settings’ and ‘Vendor Management Settings’ were not working correctly and could not be saved has been resolved.
- In some cases, it was not possible to unlink a checklist item from an automatic information request setting. This has been resolved.
- An issue has been resolved where user profiles were not displayed under ‘Users’ and where changes were not possible.

- When adding a forecast in projects, the drop-down menu at ‘Period’ was no longer displayed. This has been resolved.
DORA

- Under ‘Admin’ -> ‘Companies’ -> ‘Companies’ -> ‘Dora’, it could happen that names were missing from the ‘Hierarchy of the entity within the group’ dropdown. This problem has now been fixed.

*Improved recognition of unique suppliers in Vendor Management:
In the connection with Vendor Management, the Bank key in addition to the IBAN is now also used to recognise a unique supplier. From now on, when a supplier does not have a VAT number, this is correctly communicated and displayed as empty.
AP Automation

*Improved open order screen:
*For customers with the order database. To improve filtering in the open order screen and make it more user-friendly, page numbers have been added. This addition has also improves the performance for loading open orders for customers with many orders.
SAP
*New web service for SAP integration
*A new web service is available that simplifies linking with SAP. It eliminates the need for configuration for sending the invoice link in the SAP link, as the URL can now be sent directly by ISPnext.
Infor LN CE
Ability to import payment method automatically
From now on, it is possible to import the payment method automatically for Infor LN CE. This eliminates the need for manual operations to import the payment method.
Ultimo connection
Support for rejected purchase requests in the connection with Ultimo
Rejected purchase requests are now also supported in the connection with Ultimo.
Correct calculation of outstanding amount for partial invoices
The numbers for the outstanding amount of a partial invoice were not calculated correctly, resulting in the invoice not being processed properly. This problem has been resolved.
Fixes
General
- An error could occur if the Document Text field in the BRE was configured but then left blank. This has been fixed.
- An error could occur when sending a daily notification e-mail to a large group of users. This has been fixed.
- Performance for emails with many attachments has been improved, so they now load faster.
Infor LN CE
- It could happen that the currency was archived incorrectly when uploading a new currency via an upload file. This has been resolved.
JD Edwards
- When exporting coding lines to JDEdwards, the wrong Booking Date could be sent. This has been fixed. From now on, the booking date of the invoice header will be maintained instead of that of the lines.
Procurement
New
‘Own requests’ Quick Access Block for procurement overview:
A fixed Quick Access Block has been added to the Procurement purchase order overview, making it easier and faster to navigate to own requests.
Improved display of PDF orders:
- For PDF orders with multiple order lines spread over several pages, column headings are now shown on all pages. This provides an improved overview.
- Several adjustments have also been made to improve the readability of the information.
- Addition of free text on order PDFs: In the Business Settings, it is now possible to set free text to be displayed on the order PDF.
Ability to exclude orders from AP Automation:
When a purchase order has the status ‘Waiting for goods’ or ‘Waiting for invoice’, it is now possible to exclude the order from AP Automation.
Manage default settings directly on the homepage:
Added ability to edit and save default settings directly on the homepage. This makes it easier for applicants to manage settings.
Improved flexibility in order processing:
To provide more flexibility and reduce unnecessary constraints in the order processing process, the Main Account and General Ledger financial dimensions are no longer mandatory fields in Procurement.
Renewed priority for choosing the Main Account in a purchase request:
- For an OCI item, the material group mapping in the supplier settings determines the Main Account.
- For a catalogue item, use the Main Account of the item category.
- For a free request item, use the Main Account of the selected item category.
For the other financial dimensions, the priority remains unchanged.
Improved OCI settings in vendor settings:
OCI settings are now visible only when an OCI is active. This ensures fewer unnecessary fields are displayed and makes the settings clearer.
Improved display of purchase requests with multiple suppliers:
Purchase requests with multiple suppliers can now be better displayed. In the user settings, it is possible to add the ‘Suppliers’ column to the overview of purchase requests. Hovering with the mouse shows which suppliers are on the lines of the purchase request.
Performance improvements:
Page loading in Procurement has been optimised.
Fixes
- Fixed an issue where an error could occur when order data was sent to Spend. As a result, the number to bill was not updated correctly. This has now been resolved.
