| 19-01-2026 | Dear customer, We are currently experiencing issues on some of our servers when data is delivered using a Pitcher. The error message found in the Pitcher logs shows the following: When this error occurs, the ZIP file is not fully extracted, which means that not all data becomes automatically visible in Spend. At the moment, when such a situation occurs, we proactively extract the files manually in the morning until we have resolved this issue structurally. |
